Hi, I’m Richard, the founder of SwiftFixPC. I launched this business to offer high-quality, trustworthy tech repair services for everyday people, without the long lines, inflated prices, or upsells you get from big-box stores.
Before launching SwiftFixPC, I proudly served 6 years in the United States Navy as an Interior Communication Electrician, 2nd Class Petty Officer. During my service, I led as a Work Center Supervisor and FODMS tech, managing mission-critical electrical communication systems aboard ship. That experience instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and accountability, all of which I bring to every repair job I take on.
Following my time in the Navy, I earned my Bachelor’s in Computer Science and spent over 3 years at Geek Squad, helping hundreds of customers troubleshoot, upgrade, and optimize their technology.
